What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, namely your email address and your message. We use it solely to reply to you, and we never sell it or pass it on for marketing.

Our lawful basis

Under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it for us

Messages sent through the form are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet by way of a Google Apps Script. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares its IP address with Google. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept only for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Cookies

In line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If audience measurement is ever added, it will be anonymised and this page will be updated before it is switched on.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise those rights, email contact@atelierbrouillard.com

How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk.

Changes

This policy may change, for instance if the services used by the site change. The version published here is the one that applies.
